Welcome to UGC Go! By accessing or using our website (UGCgo.io) and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

UGC Go is a platform that facilitates the creation of User-Generated Content (UGC). We connect brands ("Clients") with content creators ("Creators") to produce high-quality video and photo assets for marketing purposes.

2. User Obligations

Clients: You agree to provide clear briefs, brand guidelines, and any necessary product samples in a timely manner.
Creators: You agree to deliver original content that meets the specifications outlined in the Client’s brief and adheres to the quality standards of UGC Go.

3. Revisions and Approval

We aim for total satisfaction, which is why we include a structured revision process:

Included Revision: Each video order includes one (1) round of revisions. Clients must request this revision within 72 hours of receiving the initial draft.
Scope of Revision: Revisions include minor edits, text changes, or music adjustments. Complete re-shoots are not covered under standard revisions unless the Creator significantly deviated from the original brief.
Final Approval: Once the Client approves the video (or the revision), it is considered the "Final Version."

4. Refund Policy

At UGC Go, we provide custom digital services. Because of the labor-intensive nature of content creation, our refund policy is as follows:

Before Approval: If a Client is unsatisfied with the initial draft, they are entitled to their one (1) included revision to rectify the issues.
After Approval:No refunds will be issued once the Client has approved the Final Version of the video. * Completed Work: Once the digital files are delivered and approved, the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Ownership: Upon full payment and final approval, the Client is granted the rights to use the content for social media, advertising, and marketing purposes as specified in the individual package purchased.
Portfolio Use: UGC Go and the respective Creator reserve the right to use the generated content in their professional portfolios and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.

6. Product Shipments (For Physical Goods)

If a Client sends a physical product to a Creator for filming:

The Client is responsible for all shipping costs and tracking.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, products sent to Creators are not returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

UGC Go acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the content, the performance of ads using the content, or any disputes arising directly between a Client and a Creator beyond the scope of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or uses the platform for illegal purposes.
